Our San Diego Ducks B adult team had great competition and a ton of fun at the 2024 Reno Rumble tournament on March 15-17, 2024 in Reno, NV!  After losing their first game against the LA Kings, they found their rhythm as the Ducks beat Reno Ice 1-0 with David Cook #45 scoring the game winning goal with only 8 seconds left on the clock in the 3rd period.  The Ducks kept up the intensity against the Vegas Golden Chariots adult team and finished the tournament strong once again playing Reno Ice in the Consolations.  Center Jenn Dandle #24 had a remarkably high number of face off wins, defensemen Doc Jacobs #40 and Bruce Mezan #16 kept the puck in our offensive zone for over half the playing time, and goalie Chris Deutsch #46 stopped an impressive 106 shots over the 4 games!  To top it off, the Ducks got to know each other better and laugh hard during team meals, game night, St Patrick’s Day celebrations, and the Sensology team bonding event.  Congratulations on an awesome tournament!
